We typically use the “members only” paper target range so I can put up NRA assessment targets to help hone your marksmanship skills. However\, occasionally the wind picks up and they close the paper range and we must instead shoot on the steal target range. The steal range features permanently installed metal targets at distances well beyond home defense. It also has “speed plate” targets which are much closer\, a lot of fun\, and can be used to practice rapid shooting at home defense distances.
